What is your minimum order quantity?+
It depends on the product and supplier. Factory-direct items may start at 50–100 units; standard market goods can be as low as 10–20 pieces. We negotiate on your behalf.
Can you work with small first-time orders?+
Yes. Many first-time importers start with small test orders to validate a product before committing to container quantities.
How do you handle quality control?+
We inspect onsite, take photos and video, and send a QC report before shipment. If goods do not meet the agreed specifications, we pause and negotiate corrections.
What about shipping?+
We coordinate sea, air and express shipping, plus consolidation at our Yiwu warehouse. The best method depends on your timeline and volume.
Can I get samples first?+
Absolutely. We can source samples before a full order. Sample costs are typically refunded or deducted from your first production order.
How long does the process take?+
Sourcing and sampling usually takes 1–2 weeks, while production takes 2–4 weeks. Shipping time varies by method and destination.
Do you handle custom packaging?+
Yes. We coordinate custom packaging, labels and poly bags with suppliers and include the costs and lead times in your quote.
Are there monthly fees or retainers?+
No. We charge on a per-order basis with a transparent markup. There are no subscription fees or minimum charges.
